2. Delivery Mechanisms

Our deliverables are provided electronically through:

• Email delivery of code, documentation, or access credentials.
• Secure client portals or project management tools (e.g., Notion, Slack).
• Direct integration into your existing systems (e.g., n8n instance, CRM).

3. Delivery Timelines

Project timelines are agreed upon in the initial proposal. Typical timelines:

• Consultation: Immediate booking via calendar.
• Standard Workflows: 3-5 business days.
• Enterprise Solutions: 10-20 business days depending on complexity.

Any delays due to client unresponsiveness or technical dependencies will be communicated proactively.

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project or subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to support@sanketbarot.com.

• For Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access remains active until the cycle ends.
• For One-time Projects: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.

2. Refund Policy

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of custom development work:

• Completed Work: No refunds are issued for milestones that have been completed, delivered, and approved.
• Technical Issues: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope due to our technical inability, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.
• 3rd Party Costs: We are not liable for refunds on 3rd party software costs (e.g., OpenAI API credits, n8n hosting fees) incurred during the project.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
